REFUND / EXCHANGE

All Nurse Charming products are handcrafted and custom designed. There are no returns or exchanges after an order is purchased and received. However, your satisfaction with your purchase is our top commitment. After you have received your order and you find that you are unsatisfied please contact us at customerservice@nursecharming.com to let us know what issues you might be having with your order. We will work with you in hopes for an amenable resolve. If your purchase arrives damaged or broken, all item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received within 7 days. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.Refunds and Exchanges will be made for the price of the item(s), excluding shipping fees.No refund or exchanges will be honored for jewelry and products that have been deemed abused and misused.

SHIPPING POLICY

All available shipping methods, with stated timelines, can be found in the cart upon checkout. During peak seasons, expedited and rush shipping may not be available.It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address when you checkout. Unless otherwise stated, all my items are handmade and can take 1 to 3 weeks to receive. Some items may take 3 to 4 weeks to receive depending on the number of orders in line before yours.Bulk orders can take up to 6 weeks.Because the items are handmade, any item listed as “out of stock” will be restocked once the items are made.Nurse Charming proudly ships worldwide, through US Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates will be applied at check out.

 

In the rare event your package is lost in transit once shipped, we are not responsible, but will do what we can to help locate it.We cannot change the shipping method once the order has been placed.We are not responsible for items held up in customs.

In using the Nurse Charming (“Company”) Brand, Products, and Website, you (‘Customer”) agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies.  The Terms is the entire agreement, (including policies and guidelines) between you and the Company and governs your use of the Company’s Brand, Products and Website.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION / DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We at Nurse Charming take great pride in the quality of our jewelry, gifts, and products.Some of our jewelry is silver-plated and all is nickel free.If you are allergic to metals, wear with caution. Your use of our company’s products is at your sole risk. Company products are provided on an "as available" basis. All products are handmade, therefore, there may be variations in colors.The jewelry and some products have small parts which can be a choking hazard for children and animals.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

We offer custom orders! Feel free to contact us at customerservice@nursecharming.com to confirm the ability to create your own unique jewelry piece.  Completion, processing time and pricing may vary from item to item. Custom orders will have to be approved by the customer prior to shipment.

1. PAYMENT POLICY

Company accepts all major Credit Card /Debit cards and Pay Pal.You do not need a PayPal account to purchase, if you like, you can use Pay Pal as a guest.

 

SALES, COUPONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Company may run sales, promotions, and special offers at any time. Coupons given during these sales are subject to the terms and conditions set during the sale. Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or sales, unless otherwise specified. Company is not responsible for incorrect details or dates of coupons reported on third-party websites.  Company has the right to discontinue a coupon or sale at any time. Company also reserves the right to limit the products included on coupons at their discretion

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

Nurse Charming is a trademarked company. By your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the Company Brand/Products and any necessary software used in connection with the Company contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable laws, domestic and international treaties. You further acknowledge and agree that content that presented to you through the Company Products or links are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.  You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on content, the Company Products in whole or in part. You agree not to use, copy, imitate, or incorporate any trademark, service mark, trade dress, company name, or product name in a way that is likely to cause confusion among consumers. You also agree not to remove, obscure, or alter the Company's copyright notice, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within or accessed in conjunction with or through the Company Products.  The Company's policy is to respond legally to allegations of infringing work on Company's Website and/or Brand and to terminate your access to the Website upon learning of repeat copyright infringements.

The obligations of Company to fulfill the terms of this agreement will be waived in the event of force majeure (such as, but not limited to, inclement weather, public emergency or calamity, strike, labor disturbance, fire, interruption of transportation, casualty, physical disability, illness, flood, Acts of God, or other disturbance or any governmental restriction) prevents normal and usual operation of the Company.

Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, discontinue Company Products (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of Company Products.

While the Company constantly endeavors to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may still occur with respect to the Products.  The Company reserves the right to modify prices with respect to any such Products without advance notice either prior to or after receipt of an order confirmation. Unintentional errors in advertised prices are not binding on the Company or the Website and may be modified by the Company at any time and for any reason.  The Company is not bound to the mispricing of their products on a third-party website.  In the event a Product is incorrectly priced via their Website  the Company shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such mispriced products and will contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation, it being clarified that the Company shall have no further obligations towards you in this respect.
